With 10 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve led initiatives in Mental Health, Employee Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion across leading global organizations.

During my time at McKinsey & Company, I was part of the global Mental Health & Wellbeing team, where I helped design and implement strategies that supported thousands of employees worldwide.

Today, I combine this corporate insight with conscious breathwork, coaching, and tailored wellbeing workshops and programs — supporting organizations in cultivating grounded, resilient, and human-centered workplaces. As the founder of Breathe to Create, I design breathwork experiences that inspire creative flow and authentic expression.
