Ethereal

Rise beyond the self.

Class Description

Ethereal is a spacious, soul-expanding breathwork experience designed to help you access deeper layers of your consciousness and energy. This class bridges grounding with transcendence, combining circular breath with gentle, extended breath holds that invite profound stillness, altered states, and inner clarity. As the breath deepens and slows, time seems to stretch. You’ll flow between moments of active breathing and pauses that open doors to your intuitive and emotional world. Ethereal is not about effort but about allowing. It’s a ritual-like journey into a more abstract state of being, where breath becomes prayer and the body a vessel for subtle insight. The Science Behind This Class Ethereal integrates circular breathing with three consecutive breath holds (inhale, exhale, inhale) to create an accessible yet powerful breathwork sequence. These holds activate the parasympathetic nervous system, balancing energy and easing into meditative states. The sigh of relief used throughout helps regulate emotional intensity and reduce tension in the nervous system. The structure promotes altered brainwave patterns often associated with creativity, rest, and insight. Why This Class? - Perfect when you crave stillness, connection, or inner spaciousness - A beautiful gateway to deeper emotional or spiritual work - Supports insight, intuitive clarity, and gentle release - Balances intensity with softness, making it transformative yet tender - Ideal as a reset during transitions, creative blocks, or overwhelm Health Considerations Due to the use of strong, sustained breath patterns and holds, Ethereal may not be suitable for: - Those with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions - Epilepsy, seizures, or recent strokes - Pregnancy - Panic disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician and feel free to privately discuss modifications with your facilitator before class.
